Our dishes are family-style and meant to be shared by the table. These menus will change seasonally with the availability of produce, please consider them a sample.

Every vegetable, fish, wine, and spirit you see on these menus has been hand selected. Delicious food and beverages start at the source--where we choose to support and invest in local, organic, regenerative, and low-impact farming practices. Los Angeles itself is also a playground for urban foraging, so we partner with neighborhood beekeepers, gardeners, and florists to celebrate and feature what's grown in our community.
The inspiration and impact of our menu comes largely from the aligned values and vision of our farmers, distillers, ranchers, and producers. Below are a few of the wonderful people we are lucky to work with and learn from:
